This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Excise Patna P.S. Case No. 1203 of 2022 registered under section 30(a)/56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 300 litre of illegal wine and also the petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
