2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 480 of 2013 having been earlier rejected by order dated 21.03.2014 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 4675 of 2014.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that five prosecution witnesses have been examined out of ten, all of whom have been declared hostile.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten
