1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus And/Or any other appropriate writ order or direction restraining the respondents 2, 3 and 5 to put any hindrance or cause any encroachment over the one acre land of R.S Khata no. 2776 R.S Plot no. 6206 for which no objection has been given by the respondent no. 4 for construction of the upgraded Urdu High School, Ghunsi in Block Manigachhi, District- Darbhanga and further to restrain the respondent no. 4 and 5 to make construction of Panchayat Bhawan and

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Collector, Darbhanga for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the Collector, Darbhanga, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
