3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the present matter has already been decided by Hon'ble Supreme Courtin in S.L.P. No.32079 of 2015 by which relief was granted to those petitioners who sued prior to 26.02.2016. None of the petitioners have moved prior to 26.02.2016. As such, there is no
