In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this MJC application is allowed and the Second Appeal No.37 of 2012 is restored to its original file. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already filed Vakalatnama in the Second Appeal but on the dismissal of the Second Appeal, his name was not printed in the daily cause list.

In view of submission, the office is directed to see that whenever the Second Appeal is listed again, the name of the learned counsel, Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh, be printed in the daily cause list.
