JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-12-2015 Heard Sri Pramod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. as well as Sri Arun Kumar, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of the informant. Two petitioners, who are in custody only since 25th August 2015, have prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that falsely petitioners have been made accused. It was further argued that petitioner no. 1 is mother -in-law of the informant and petitioner no. 2 is wife of brother of husband of the informant. He has further argued that there was strained relation which is evident from the F.I.R. itself. It has also been argued that petitioner no. 2 is under family way, and as such , a prayer has been made to enlarge on bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52314 of 2015 (2) dt.03-12-2015 2/2 In view of the facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case to extend the privilege of bail.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.
