JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14-3-2014 in a case registered under sections 147/148/149/341/323/337/307/302 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the informant's son by 200 people. The specific accusation of assault is against seven persons including the petitioner. Out of the seven persons, who are alleged to have made assault, Rakesh Manjhi and Rudal Manjhi have been granted bail vide Cr.Misc. No. 13953 and 13796 of 2011. Considering the fact that the accusation is against the mob, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, District-Patna, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 287 of 2010.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.147 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 The learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner if he defaults for two consecutive occasions.
