16-12-2015 Heard Sri Kundan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 08-09-2015 in Arwal P.S. Case No. 211 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently section 411 of the I.P.C. was added, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner's name has transpired and it has wrongly been shown regarding recovery of stolen vehicle. The petitioner is having clean antecedent, which has been mentioned in paragraph - 3 of the petition.
