JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 20-02-2019 The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents for revising of his pay-scale in tune with Government notification, issued under Resolution No. 3590 dated 24.05.2017 read with Resolution No. 8145 dated 13.10.2017, by which, the pay-scale of Panchayat Supervisors has been upgraded with effect from 01.01.2016.

2. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a representation to that effect has been made by the petitioner before the Block Development Officer, Modanganj, in the district of Jehanabad, which has yet not been responded to/acted upon.

3. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Block Development Officer, Modanganj, Jehanabad (respondent No. 3), detailing his grievances, within a period of three weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the concerned respondent shall dispose it off by passing a reasoned order within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
