The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he got employed as Block Teacher after submitting forged and fabricated certificates.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10676 of 2022(3) dt.03-11-2022 2/2 petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The certificates produced by the petitioner are genuine. Moreover, the petitioner has already resigned from the service. An application to that effect has been produced before this Court. Let it be brought on record. Considering the fact that petitioner has already resigned from the service, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Shageer/- U T
