Taking into consideration that the statement of the victim has been recorded u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. in which, she has stated nothing against the petitioner except this fact that after alleged kidnapping, she was confined in the house of the petitioner by co-accused, Gaffar who happens to be brother-in-law of the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 619 of 2013 to the satisfaction of lekarned Ist Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Special Judge under POSCO Act, West Champaran, Bettiah.
