Let the defects be removed within four weeks after start of the physical Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Petitioner is driver of the vehicle from which huge quantity of liquor was recovered. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2020. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete.

Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released, after framing of the charges so that the trial may not hamper, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand)

No.19370 of 2021(2) dt.18-08-2021 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Phulwariya Police Station Case No. 290 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
