In the confessional statement of co-accused there is nothing against the petitioner and similarly situated co-accused has already been released on bail and the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. Jhanjharpur (District- Madhubani) in Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015/ G.R. No. 91 of 2015.
