JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners along with others assaulted the informant and his family members.

The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that all the injured of this case sustained simple injury and moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties and as a matter of fact, there was free-fight between the parties on account of land dispute.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 173 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
