The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a case and counter case from both sides. The dispute arose with respect to fixing of a pole and both sides assaulted to each other. Petitioner and informant are own uncle and nephew. Petitioner is in jail since 24.10.2014.
