This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S.Case No.171 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is recovery of stolen motorcycle from the house of the petitioner .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is of false implication and also submitted that two other accused persons have been granted bail in this case one by this Court vide order dated 18.2.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No7806 of 2020 and another by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 31.1.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5676 of 2020. Petitioner is in custody since 4.1.2020.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9027 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and considering the above fact and as the investigation is still continuing, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the charge is submitted in this case, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
