2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 770 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made loaded pistol has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 7.10.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11741 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 770 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Saharsa Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
