The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of 'dowry death'.

Petitioner no. 1 is brother-in-law (Nandosi) and petitioner no. 2 is married sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased. Thrust of the allegation is against husband of the deceased. Police after investigation submitted final form against these petitioners. Petitioners are separate in mess & property and have got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11181 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Banka in connection with Jaipur P.S.
