In view of the aforesaid judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent nos. 6 and 7 to examine the claim of the petitioner in the light of the judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17838 of 2016 (2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 Mukesh & Ano. (supra) within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
