Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to the illness the petitioner could not surrender within time. Considering the aforesaid, the time granted for surrender vide order dated 19.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75529 of 2018 is extended till 3rd of April, 2019. The other conditions shall remain the same.

The order dated 19.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75529 of 2018 is modified to the aforesaid extent. With the aforesaid, the modification stands allowed and disposed of (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U T
