The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner alongwith other coaccused went to the house of informant and co-accused Rajesh Rai inflicted knife blow in the abdomen of the informant and thereafter, petitioner is also alleged to have assaulted the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that though, there is allegation of assault, but no corresponding injury has been found on the body of injured. There is case and counter case. Case, lodged by the petitioner, is earlier in point of time.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10258 of 2023(2) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 266 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
