JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 30-012014 and admittedly, he was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 26 of 2012 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 475 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Rohtas at Sasaram.
