In the present writ application, the grievance of the petitioner is that the Center No. 182, Ward No.3 of Panchayat Pipra Parsine, Block Sonbarsa, Dist. Sitamarhi is situated in the Mahadalit Tola and there is a circular that the center situated in Mahadalit Tola will not be shifted to another place. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that by the order of the C.D.P.O., Sonbarsa Block, the center has been shifted to some another place which was objected before the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi who concurred with the view of the petitioners

Patna High Court CWJC No.12697 of 2018 dt.13-08-2018 2/2 but, his successor has superseded the order of the predecessor and direction has been issued for shifting of the center. The petitioner, if so aggrieved, may approach to the next higher authorities i.e. Collector of the district and he will look into to the matter and will pass an order in accordance with law. Till disposal of the representation filed by the petitioner before the Collector, Sitamarhi, the Center No. 182, Ward No.3 of Panchayat Pipra Parsain, Block Sonbarsa, Dist. Sitamarhi will not be disturbed, subject to the condition that representation must be filed within two weeks, in failure, the interim order will be treated to have been withdrawn.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
