In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No.358 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the accused including the petitioners is to have demanded dowry and due to nonfulfilment of demand of dowry, the daughter of the informant had been killed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are Dever of the deceased and have no concerned with the family of Santosh Paswan. He further submits that mother-in-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11412 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 law of the deceased has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 05.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72273 of 2018 by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bikram P.S. Case no.358 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a further condition is that whenever the police will call the petitioners for the purposes of investigation and interrogation, they will remain present for the investigation.
