The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No.42 of 2010/Sessions Trial No.333 of 2010 registered under Sections 328/302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Supaul.
Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.01.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. No.20512 of 2013 on merit with a direction to the trial court to dispose of the case of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within one year.

No.52759 of 2015 (3) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 The status report of the concerned case as called for vide order dated 02.12.2015 has been received from the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Supaul, through letter no.05 dated 13.01.2016 from which it appears that the case is fixed for further argument of the defence on 29.01.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is again rejected.
