2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief:

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that for the redressal of their grievance, the petitioners shall be approaching the competent court.

4. The nature of case that has been filed, the submission seems to be justified, the petitioners should have approached the competent court for the redressal of grievance.
