Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.09.2014 in a case registered under sections 342, 363, 366A, 354,354D, 376, 511/34 of the IPC and sections 4, 8, 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Admittedly, neither any rape nor any molestation took place and it is also an admitted position that the petitioner used to carry the informant's girl since long.

Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ist Addl.
