It is pointed out by the Counsel for the State that the writ petition is seeking relief against the private Managing Committee of the College, which has placed the petitioner under suspension on allegation of some financial irregularities. He also pointed out that the petitioner has remedy before the Bihar Aided Educational Institute Teachers Appellate Tribunal. None appears for the petitioner.
