Considering the fact that the writ petition involves serious disputed question of fact whether respondent No. 8 is resident of the ward in question, the Court is unable to decide such disputed question of fact in a writ proceeding.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18518 of 2016(3) dt.22-06-2021 2/2 Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court for declaration whether respondent No. 8 belongs to ward in question for selection of Aanganbari Sevika which is the subject matter of the present writ application.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed off.
