2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 363 and 363(A) of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2021.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is said to have enticed away informant's son aged about 3 years.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has been falsely implicated in this case and has

He further submitted that charges have been framed against the petitioner on 28.02.2022 and only one witness (informant) has been examined till date. Moreover, petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 18.03.2021.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody as well as petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st , Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2021, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court further with a condition that:- (i) Before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, his criminal antecedent shall be verified and if it is found that he is involved in any other case his bail bonds shall not be accepted.
