JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was caught along with several other persons and one country made loaded katta is said to have been recovered from his conscious possession for which petitioner is in jail custody since 10.05.2015. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53100 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 168 of 2015.
