The petitioner seeks bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 184 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended by the police on 24.07.2014 on the pretext that the petitioner was preparing to commit dacoity. From the possession of the petitioner one rod meant for breaking window of the vehicle was recovered.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali at Hazipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 184 of 2014.
