JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner has not been paid the amount for the work performed by him in the Panchayat election, 2011, for which he has filed a representation dated 09.12.2017 before the District Magistrate, Jehanabad, hence he submits that the District Magistrate, Jehanabad may be directed to dispose off the said representation. The District Magistrate, Jehanabad is directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2017 within a period of four weeks from today by a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed off.
