JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, extortion money was demanded by Sujay Singh, Manoj Singh, Brajesh Singh. So far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, he happens to be driver whereas petitioner no. 2 is Khalasi of J.C.B machine, which has been released in favour of his owner.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Nawadah Town P.S. Case No. 637 of 2015.
