JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 353 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120(B), 341, 323, 326, 307, 332, 353, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14506 of 2019(3) dt.01-05-2019 2/3 Prosecution case as per F.I.R. is that police on information that some persons trying to forcefully possess the land of Yadolal Sah and on which police reached there and try to pacify the matter, but the accused persons including the petitioners, on the order of Ex-Mukhiya, they started demolishing boundary wall and thereafter set the house of the informant on fire.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and several other accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10731 of 2019.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 353 of 2018, subject
