Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession and it appears from the impugned order that petitioner has been remanded in this case from Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 214 of 2014 and except the aforesaid case as well as present case, there is no any other criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
