This application has been filed to cancel the pre-arrest bail of the opposite party no. 2, which was allowed by this Court on 09.11.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 26309 of 2017 in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 554 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner without disclosing the ground for cancelling the pre-arrest bail of opposite party no. 2, submits that the pre-arrest bail was granted to the opposite party no. 2 without considering the merit of the case.
