2. The petitioner has prayed for the following relief: "For direction to the respondent authorities to pass reasoned order over representation filed by the petitioner and subsequently to pay the dues of retirement benefit and other dues stated in representation dated 20.01.2020."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed a representation before the respondent no. 3, which may be directed to be disposed off.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which is Annexure 4 of the writ application, if already not disposed off, within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him. If anything is found due and admissible to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to him within four weeks from the date of passing of the order.
