The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 723 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 399, 402, of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1b) a 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is a student of B.Sc. Part-III. He further submits that in the instant case it is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner five live cartridges have been recovered. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.9.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is a student, the Court is inclined to grant bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9904 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 to the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Judge Ist, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad P.S.
