The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 205 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 494, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that a false and fabricated case has been instituted against the petitioners. However, at the intervention of common relatives and well-wishers, the parties have settled their dispute outside the court and they are living together.

Regard being had to the submissions made at the Bar, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, namely, Pushpa Devi and Shiv Prasad Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No.205 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
