Petitioners are in custody in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 383 of 2019 for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they were not named in the FIR. Their names surfaced on the confessional statement of the co-accused.

The petitioners are in custody since 30.11.2019. Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they were not named in the FIR, the Court is
