The present petition has been preferred for: issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions to the respondents to allot 5 Acres Waste land / other Bihar Government's land to the petitioner as per existing state policy being ex-serviceman retired from Army.

3. The petitioner who is now a lawyer and claims to be an Ex-Army Man and wants settlement of land as per the specifications of the government.
