The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mohania P. S. Case No. 330 of 2014 registered under Sections 406, 420, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of the offences as also the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua at Kaimur in Mohania P. S. Case No. 330 of 2014, subject to the conditions
