JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/25(1-A)/25(AA)/26(1)(2) of the Arms Act.
From the house of the petitioner huge quantity of arms were recovered suggesting that petitioner was running mini gun factory.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is from the abandoned house of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present. Accordingly the application is dismissed in connection with Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 99 of 2014. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
