====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 06-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Respondents and counsel for the Accountant General.

The present application has been filed directing the respondent to give the petitioner salary from June 2017 till 30.11.2017 as on that day the petitioner retired form the service, the demand of benefit of 3rd A.C.P. and prayer for fixing of next pay-scale has also been made. Counter affidavit has been filed in this case.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11964 of 2018(2) dt.06-02-2023 2/2 Counsel for the State submits that petitioner has never filed any representation before the concerned authority, for his grievances made in the writ petition.

Let this case be disposed off directing the respondent no. 5, before whom the petitioner shall file a fresh representation for his grievances, to pass a speaking and reasoned order within 6 weeks from the date of receiving the fresh representation and order passed by this Court. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
