Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.217 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2 / 2 2014 whereby the petitioners have been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
Leave is granted.
The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
