The petitioner seeks bail in Rail Kiul P.S. Case No.213 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

A raid was conducted in a train on information that the accused persons were carrying liquor. Petitioner was arrested and 34.5 liters of liquor was recovered and for that, the petitioner is in jail since 18.12.2019. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Lakhisarai in connection with Rail Kiul P.S. Case No.213 of 2019 and Excise Case No.545 of 2019.
