JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.9.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468,471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Rupees five lacs was realized from the informant and others for getting the employment provided in Army. Subsequently the appointment letter was found to be forged. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no proof with regard to the payment of money and supply of appointment letter by the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.528 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 363 of 2014.
