This writ application has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondent authorities for removal of encroachment from the Rayati land being Khesra No. 673 (about 15 dhurs) of the petitioner by way of demolishing the road constructed by the Respondent No. 8/Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Raj, Gopalpur, Begusarai.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to move before the competent

4. Considering the submission made behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to state that if such representation is filed within a period of six weeks from the date of production/receipt of the copy of this order, the authority concerned is directed to dispose of the same by way of a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.
