2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The informant namely Shashikant Yadav alleged that on 05.11.2024 at about 6 PM, while he and his nephew were sitting at the door, in the meantime, the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including petitioners, armed with iron rod and sharp weapons, came, abused and assaulted them causing head injury. Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Danapur, District - Patna in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 416 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
